Please, no comments about Zoroark. First, I consider it able to make others see things as different, but not to make others not see something. We’re also assuming that even among Rockets, a password or something would be required to get into the occupied Saffron City, so even a illusion disguise wouldn’t fly. Besides, nobody here has a Zoroark, as fitting a Pokémon as it would make for Fuji.
