Fighting types have absolutely nothing in terms of flight. Even the actual Flying-type members are a no-go. Galarian Zapdos is based on a flightless bird (and would’ve been extremely weird to put here for many reasons) and Hawlucha totally does “falling in style” instead, Toy-Story-style. Generation IX really saved me from having to stretch and use Aerodactyl, a Pokémon from outside Bruno’s specialty type.
